The Focus of Our Efforts
PHEASANT POPLULATION
We offer the purchase of pheasant hens at a discounted price to our members. We also help realease in the Codington County community to increase pheasant population and hen breeding.
YOUTH INVOLVEMENT
Codington County Pro Pheasants supports the youth. We host a youth shoot event each year. They learn gun safety, dog training, and get to practice shooting trap.
FOOD PLOTS
As an organization we help private and public land owners create and maintain food plots for pheasants.
PREDATOR CONTROL
Funds are set aside to purchase predator traps to sell at discounted prices to members. We also help train young trappers on the sport of trapping.
